It all started when…

Kimberly was about 2 years old and first picked up crayons to color everything, usually black. Then she progressed to wet brushes on pre-colored paper, then to acrylic and oil paint-by-number, and then to her own creations. Along the way she also became interested in photography, taking pictures of birds and of scenery while on travel. She is also an experienced event photographer with an extensive portfolio of concert photographs of bands including Styx, REO Speedwagon, Heart, Cheap Trick, and others.

Over the years she has studied art at Case Western Reserve University, the Yellow Barn Studio, Goldfinch Studio, and with respected artists such as David Lussier, Pam Lussier, Walter Bartman, and Susan Lyon. She is also the Vice President of the Goddard Photo Club.
